It all started over a spaghetti dinner in 1973. Who could have imagined that 40 years later the Idaho Conservation League would have grown from one employee to 19 in three offices across the state? That must have been some pasta!

Over those 40 years, we have helped care for and preserve Idaho's beautiful landscapes and protected air and water from phosphate, mercury and arsenic—for wildlife and for communities. Today, as Idaho's leading voice for conservation, the scope of ICL's work is full of hard-won successes.

Join us Saturday, Jan 26, and watch the sun set over Boise's beautiful foothills from high up in the Stueckle Sky Center. We'll celebrate a moment of renewal—looking back at how we started, where we've been, and ahead toward ICL's future.

Stroll through our timeline as you mingle with old and new friends, enjoy a scrumptious spread of hors d'oeuvres and raise your glass to join us in a toast honoring you—without whom ICL wouldn't be what we are today. Share in our celebration!

We'll serve one glass of champagne to each guest, a hearty array of appetizers and nonalcoholic beverages. A no-host bar will serve additional choices. Raffle tickets will be sold for exciting items from river trips to art! So bring cash, check or card with you.

Join us—after all, you inspire our continuing legacy of conservation.

We have closed online purchases but you can still get tickets at the door!

Event sponsors include Wirestone and HP.

Our Heritage of Special Places Could Disappear

That's right. In today's world, westerners periodically decry federal control of our public lands. They forget that those lands belong to all Americans—not just Idahoans and not just those who would like to sell them off to the highest bidder. Let your delegation know that public lands should remain in public hands!
