There are days when I fancy myself a nice resource for green living tips. I like the research aspect of finding simple solutions that reduce my footprint on this earth. I like the feeling of gratification when I can easily incorporate new habits that produce less waste, less toxics and more fun.
The truth is, I get a lot of great information from the Grist. Specifically, from Ask Umbra, a series of question and answer, Dear Abby-like blogs that explore the world of green living. Recently she posted an answer regarding cleaning products from your cupboard, a topic I am personally inspired by.
I thought I might introduce Umbra to all you folks out there. The inspiration I get from sources like Umbra get me to experiment in my own home. For example, I have recently decided to go spongeless.
