There have been incidents of harassment of hunters who lawfully shot wolves. Personal information was made public, making hunters the target of inappropriate action. This bill makes the personal information of hunters confidential and prohibits harassment of any person engaged in the lawful taking of fish and wildlife. We believe this bill goes too far and should be amended to allow people the option of choosing not to make their information public.
