State Control of Public Lands

HCR 58

IDAHO TRIES TO TAKE BACK PUBLIC LANDS-Requests the Constitutional Defense Council to find ways for Idaho to assert control over public lands.

Oppose
Law
This resolution is a waste of time and money.  Particularly in this economy it seems frivolous to expend funds on this issue. The public lands in Idaho are managed and will be managed by federal agencies and trying to assert state control through an investigation and legal action is meaningless and inappropriate.
