Idaho's clean water is a priceless resource and vital for a healthy economy, our wildlife, the health of our families and our unique way of life.
Water affects each of our lives every day—we all need clean water. 
Like you, ICL thinks clean water is one of our most important resources. It provides us with drinking water, irrigates Idaho's crops, and allows us to fish, swim and paddle in truly incredible streams. The condition of our water affects our health and quality of life.
During the 2012 legislative session, we will continue to be a voice for Idaho's clean water.
How We Advocate for Idaho's Clean Water
Here are a few examples:
- We speak up for clean drinking water and adequate regulations for natural gas exploration and production in Idaho.
- We promote energy efficiency and clean sources that use less water.
- We work to protect Idaho's clean water from toxic mining pollution.
- We speak up for a lead-free Coeur d'Alene basin.
- ICL works to keep Idaho's pristine places that feature clean water protected as a part of your everyday life.
