Clean Water

Clean water is an important part of maintaining the health of Idaho's families and wildlife.

Did you know Idaho's waterways are being threatened by aquatic invaders?  Safeguarding our water is one of our top priorities.

In Idaho, we are fortunate to have an extensive river system and sparkling lakes for everyone to enjoy. Clean water is one of our most important resources - we use water to brush our teeth, irrigate our crops, make our coffee, and bathe our children. We paddle and fish in Idaho's precious lakes, rivers, and streams and our waterways provide a home for salmon and trout.
