Take a Hike with Idaho Conservation League – Labor Day weekend!
Idaho Conservation League Southwest Idaho Hiking Series
BOISE – Summer’s not over yet! There are two more hiking opportunities with the Idaho Conservation League’s Southwest Hiking Series. Including a cool weekend in the Trinity mountains, near Anderson Reservoir. First, camp out at the shore of Anderson Reservoir on Friday evening, enjoy a long day hike to Trinity and Rainbow Lakes on Saturday and than have a soak in the hot springs on the way home.
Enjoy early fall in the mountains for the last hike of the season near McCall. Hiking along Lake Fork Creek to Maki and Snowslide Lakes on September 12th and 13th.
Hikes fill up quickly, so register early! Carpooling is highly encouraged and can be arranged following registration.
The Idaho Conservation League’s annual hiking series is a benefit of membership and provides members the opportunity to explore new places in Idaho’s great outdoors and meet other hikers. Not a member? You can join at an introductory rate of $15.
You may join when you register for a hike.
Hike Schedule:
• September 4-5, Friday-Saturday – Trinity Lakes and Rainbow Lakes, Anderson Reservoir
• September 12-13, Saturday-Sunday – Lake Fork Creek to Maki and Snowslide Lake, McCall.
