What Is Idaho Gives?
Idaho Gives is a statewide, 24-hour fundraising extravaganza taking place on May 4, and it’s all online. Idaho Gives is a program of the Idaho Nonprofit Center, which represents the interests of Idaho’s 5,500 registered charitable nonprofit organizations.
Since the inaugural event in 2013, Idahoans have raised more the $2.3 million for Idaho nonprofits, one dollar at a time. This is a day to celebrate the amazing nonprofits in our great state and benefit from the power of many. Be a part of the excitement!
What’s New This Year
Idaho Gives is using a new online giving platform this year, called GiveGab. What does that mean for you?
• Lower fees mean more of your donation goes directly to the nonprofit.
• We can put your dollars to work right away because participating nonprofits receive funds in 1-3 days.
• No login and password required from you.
• Increased prizes for participating nonprofits. Leaderboard, golden tickets, extra prize for reaching matching pledges all mean the nonprofits may receive even more.
