American Creed: Civil Discourse in the Western States

The American Creed documentary series is a cross-partisan documentary that showcases stories of activists and takes a close look at what ideals Americans share in common. In the weeks leading up to this documentary broadcast, Idaho Public Television and partners at the Idaho Statesman and Boise State University are organizing public screenings and panel discussions on the topic as it pertains to Idaho.

The first panel, “Civil Discourse in the Western States,” features ICL Public Lands Director John Robison and focuses on Idaho efforts to build consensus and seek common ground on some of the West’s thorny land issues, an area of collaboration where Idaho has set an example for the nation. Bill Manny of the Idaho Statesman will moderate the panel.

This event is free and open to the public, but registration at is requested.
