Harrison to Beehive Lake Scramble

Hearty hikers are encouraged to join former ICL Board Member Rick Price for an epic off-trail traverse in the Selkirks. This fantastic annual adventure includes stunning views along the Selkirk Crest, three gorgeous alpine lakes, hidden meadows and plenty of scrambling through boulder fields.

The hike is approximately 12 miles long with about 3,000 ft elevation gain. About half of the hike is off-trail and more physically demanding, so we ask that participants be in good shape before registering. Bring sturdy hiking shoes and layers for all kinds of weather.

We will meet to carpool at 8 am and begin hiking by 9 am. We plan to return back to our cars around 5 or 6 pm. Additional logistics will be shared when you register. If you plan to attend this hike, be sure to bring the following:

•  Plenty of water (2 liters recommended)

•  Lunch and snacks!

•  Sunscreen

•  Hat and sunglasses

•  Extra layers

•  Rain jacket

•  Hiking shoes

The hike is limited to 8 participants.  Register online or call the North Idaho office to reserve your spot.
