Speak Out Against Historic Rollback of Your Public Lands

A leaked report from Department of Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke recommends a historic rollback on our national monuments.

A report reviewing our national monuments, generated by Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke and leaked out of the Department of the Interior, recommends the largest rollback of public lands protections in history.

Instead of listening to the public, it is clear that the Trump Administration is folding to special interests who want to drill, mine and develop our treasured national monuments, and to out-of-the-mainstream politicians whose interest is in seizing and selling off our public lands.

If the Trump Administration goes the way of the Zinke report, Native American sacred sites, natural wonders and places that are currently open for hunting, fishing, hiking and outdoor recreation would be at risk of being lost forever.

Read the full story if you haven’t already, and then get your pen out! Let Secretary Zinke know your thoughts on rolling back protections for our treasured national monuments.
