Karissa Huntsman
North Idaho Community Engagement Assistant

Karissa was born and raised in rural southeast Idaho where she developed a love for public lands and the great Snake River. A graduate of the University of Idaho, she has a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and was the first student to graduate with a Minor in Human and Community Engagement. She is thrilled to be part of the ICL team in Sandpoint where she gets to meet, educate, and engage community members about all things conservation. In her free time she likes hiking, swimming, and fishing in the gorgeous North Idaho mountains, lakes, and rivers.
